CAR BOOKING

Book a car using a convenient on-line booking system or other form of contact that is favorable for you. Our employee will confirm your booking and match the best car with your order. We will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address provided. If necessary, we will contact you by phone.

ACCEPTANCE OF A RENT CAR

You can pick up the car at the Emotis branch or at the address indicated. If you haven’t made a payment in advance, you will pay by credit card or cash. You will pay the deposit in a similar form or we will lock on the card. Our employee uses the tablet on which he or she makes the car hand-over, completes the data, and you sign. Copies of the contract, protocol and regulations will be sent to you by email.

EXTENDING RENT OR ADDITIONAL SERVICES

If you need to extend the rental, please report it min. 12 hours before the date of returning the car. By telephone +48 585 588 588 or by e-mail at kontakt@emotis.pl (we will immediately agree the cost and date of return). You will pay for the service online (we will create a special link for a simple payment) or by bank transfer.

RETURN OF A CAR

Come to the selected place of car return at the agreed time. Our employee will collect the car and you will receive the report by email.
